Registered Field Nurse (RN)
Pay: $60.00 per hour

Professional Healthcare Resources, Inc., are hiring qualified Registered Nurses who are flexible, diligent, and compassionate to perform homecare visits. We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in all our Branches: Annadale, VA, Washington, DC, Lanham, MD, Baltimore MD, and Kensington, MD and their surrounding areas.

Registered Nurse's (RN) Responsibilities Include:
- Completes Initial comprehensive assessment of clients' needs to achieve determined goals.
- Accept client admissions as assigned by agency.
- Provide all required skilled services as ordered by the physician.
- Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit.
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
- Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
- Provide education for patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
- Coordinate with Physicians, LPN's, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the patient's care plan.
- Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
- Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
You must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state(s) of operation.
- Must have sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice as determined by state and federal regulations.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a RN.
- Experience in home health and community (1 year preferred)
- Good command of the English Language.
- Experience in care coordination between physicians, clients, referral sources
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT Skills.
