Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Opening in Norwalk, Connecticut (50 miles from New York City)

Brookfield Primary Care, a part of Nuvance Health is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) Norwalk Primary Care practice in Norwalk, Connecticut. We are located in suburban Fairfield County just 50 miles outside of New York City along the Connecticut shoreline and just 10 minutes from Norwalk Hospital. This is a family-friendly location with close proximity to NYC and easily accessible via train.

We are seeking a third Clinician to join a rapidly growing practice. FNP or AGNP applicants welcome, though the practice sees adult patients only. There is limited call obligation.

Job Responsibilities:

The APRN provides medical care for patients in collaboration with a physician, assisting patients to recover from acute illnesses while minimizing the effects of chronic illnesses.

Job Requirements:

• This position requires a minimum master’s degree, MSN, FNP, AGNP, State of CT RN and APRN license, CT Controlled Substances and Federal DEA Registration and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Previous experience as an APRN in Primary Care preferred but new grads with Primary Care experience are welcome to apply.
