Based in Westport, Connecticut, Maplewood Senior Living is known for its upscale senior living residences offering a broad range of premier services and amenities, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. With communities in multiple states, Maplewood Senior Living is committed to providing its signature standard of excellence to residents.
Inspired by local communities, we believe in a local approach to ownership. Our executive team is comprised of leaders with decades of combined experience in the fields of senior living and dementia care.
Company History
For over 15 years, Maplewood has been known for being a premier provider of senior living services. Maplewood Senior Living is privately owned, with communities located throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and Ohio.
Our management team is comprised of leaders with decades of combined experience in the fields of premier senior living and dementia care.
While Maplewood is based out of Connecticut, Maplewood’s local approach to ownership allows each community in which we serve to serve as inspiration for how we think and act, therefore fostering a lifestyle for residents that is both healthier and more meaningful to them.
As a result of our local approach, even as we continue to grow, Maplewood has maintained their original goal of avoiding a “one size fits all” mindset when building their communities, which is why each community is unique from one another both in how they look as well as how they operate (programming, menu items, etc.).
There are a total of 15 Maplewood communities- 7 in Connecticut, 5 in Massachusetts, and 3 in Ohio. Our first community opened in 2006, and we have been slowly expanding ever since. We will open a new community in New York City this year, with Princeton, NJ to follow.
