Company History
Wellmore's roots date back to 1951 as a child mental health agency providing and facilitating comprehensive prevention, early intervention, and behavioral treatment services to children, adolescents, and families in addition to treating adults with substance use and dependency issues.
Our integrated continuum includes:
Outpatient behavioral health treatment services for adults, children & families
Adult intensive outpatient services for substance use, co-occurring and mental health, including Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) and integrated primary healthcare
Home-based services addressing mental health, substance use, and intimate partner violence
Emergency mobile intervention services for children & Adolescents
Case Management & Supportive housing
School-based behavioral health care and early intervention
Trauma-informed and victim of crime services
Child abuse prevention and early intervention services
Early childhood treatment programs and consultation
Service collaborations, outreach, community education, support & training
